UP-Manila Prof. Andrea Martinez said that Tejada took her life by drinking a bottle of silver cleaner at about 3 a.m. on Friday.
Kristel Tejada reportedly found by her parents almost an hour after she committed suicide.Kristel was immediately brought to the nearby hospital, Metropolitan Medical Center, where she was pronounced dead on arrival.
According to her friends, Tejada posted a status message on her Facebook account saying: “I hope I will be missed.”
It was Tejada’s last post on her Facebook account.
Kristel Tejada, still owed P10,000 in tuition for this semester at the University of the Philippines in Manila.
