Little Girl Sells Rice Cake(Bibingka), Sings Filipino Song to Draw Customers

Despite the lack of advance technology compared to other nations, Filipinos remains proud of their country knowing that hundreds or even thousands of Filipinos have unparalleled skills and talents. One can easily observe this by watching blind Filipinos in the street demonstrating their skills and talents in playing various instruments. Another proof of this claim is the viral video showing a little girl who sings "Sayang na Sayang" while she sells native rice cakes in their area.

Meet the girl I call princess. She caught the attention of several onlookers this week when she rendered her own version of "Sayang na Sayang". She was simply wearing a green shirt while carrying a locally made tray. According to social media users, she sells bibingka (rice cakes) for a living.

This talented little girl didn't join auditions of stupid reality shows but she was able to sell her talent on the internet. Her unique rendition of the song made her famous in Youtube, across social networking sites like Facebook, and micro-blogging site Twitter.com.

You might want to watch the viral video of Joyce Jimenez, a blind girl who sings Wrecking Ball.

I don't know her name nor where she lives but from the video below, you can absolutely say that she can be the next Youtube sensation. Help us find her. We want to hear more songs from her. If anyone of you will meet this talented girl, don't forget to buy a couple of rice cake as well. It would really be a great help to her.

To be able to be an author of a book of what I can call my own is my dream. Writing for DiversityHuman feels like I am one step closer to it. :-)
