These are, by so far, the main key points of PNoy’s SONA last 2013. People might have been pondering which among these topics were implemented and done by the President and the government, itself. Has he reached his goals last 2013? Did SONA 2013 become effective and eye-opener to the Filipinos? Did the President, government and community help out one another? Or they’d just go with the flow and waited for the other to do it first?
Did the plan of appealing to fishers happen? How about the Metro Manila traffic? Is it way better now or worse? How about the plan of solving the power outage in Mindanao? (Hello, Mindanao brothers and sisters!) Did they sleep well with the electric fan on or were they sucked by mosquitoes?
Promising a certain thing to a friend is very crucial, what more on PNoy’s position, right? So let’s just wait for his 5th SONA this Monday, July 28, and let's hope that things got better and would get better.
