Yam shares a resemblance of Anjanette Abayari, a beauty queen-turned-actress who gained popularity in the '90s, remarkably for portraying the fictional superhero Darna in 1994.

Yam concepcion is relatively new to the showbiz industry but she is fortunate enough to be managed and handled by the giant talent management arm of Viva Entertainment to headline its upcoming sexy films.

But little did you know, this beautiful and sexy newbie starlet has her own talent to brag. Yam Concepcion is a drummer for a grunge band called Ursa Minor. She also starred in a number of music videos, including Mayonnaise's "Sinungaling."

Concepcion's appearance on FHM is one of the magazine's more daring covers in recent memory, as it features the first n#d3 cover girl after a string of "bikini" outings.

In February 2010, Yam appeared on the cover of the defunct men's magazine Maxim.
