Javillonar unsportsmanlike foul issued by UAAP commissioner

National University’s Jeoffrey Javillonar receives a warning from UAAP commissioner Joaquin “Caloy” Loyzaga for his actions that injured University of Sto. Tomas’ Jeric Teng during Wednesday’s UAAP men’s basketball game at the Araneta Coliseum.
Part of the memo says:
"After viewing the recorded game between University of Sto. Tomas (UST) and National University (NU) dated last July 10, 2013, we had observed that with 1:20 minute remaining in the 2nd quarter, you were seen pushing UST player Jeric Teng to the floor. An unsportsmanlike foul with the intention to hurt the opposing player should have been assessed against you. Any future foul of any similar stature will merit a one-game suspension."

During the said play, Javillonar was seen bumping Teng to the floor while going to the shaded lane. Teng suffered a nasty fall, injuring his right shoulder. As a result, he missed the rest of the game. -ABS-CBN news
But to all basketball fans, is this "stern warning" enough to discipline the dirty tactics of Javillonar when he plays basketball?
