Lean and leggy, Jenna Talackova first-ever transgender contestant flaunted her beauty as she walked on the stage last night for the Miss Universe pageant. 6-foot-1, long blond wavy hair, wearing the standard-issue red backless dress and strappy stilettos, sashays across the stage, big smile, eye contact with the audience. They cheer. About to exit, she adds a signature touch, a saucy twirl of her skirt, a move utterly female.
She's gorgeous and she looks like a natural woman. Definitely she has the edge to grab the Miss Universe crown.
She went into a very controversial debate before she made into this competition. Jenna was born in Vancouver and was a man until she underwent sex-change surgery four years ago. Due to more than 20,000 people signed a virtual petition on Change.org Jenna was granted to join to the pageant.
The winner will be crowned on Saturday. The panel includes designers Colin McAllister and Justin Ryan of HGTV's Home Heist, The Kennedys actress Kristin Booth and singer Kreesha Turner.
