Pamila r@p# case against Erick Shcks-Panama Maritime Authority

In a press statement, Erick Shcks, a technical officer of the Panama Maritime Authority, said he engaged in sexual intercourse with the complainant “Pamela” (not her real name) last April 23 but stressed that the act was consensual(abs-cbnnews).

“I never r@p#d her. I admit the fact that we did engage in consensual sex in the night the incident she reported happened. It was never my nature to force people to do something for me that they don’t want,” Shcks said(abs-cbnnews).

DiversityHuman.com says, this is a pure replica of subic r@p# case in which Nicole accused Lance Cpl. Daniel Smith for a r@p# and sexual assault(aboutmyrecovery.com).

These are some questions that I want clear answers from Pamela.

1. Can she exactly define what r@p# is all about?

2. Why the hell in world go to a foreigner's apartment instead of having a casual date in public?

3. What were her expectations before she went into Erick's apartment? Was she expecting a prayer meeting inside Erick's place?

Pamela should be responsbile of all actions and decisions she made. But why is she acting like this? She is seeking assistance from DOJ? Come on Pamela you are just wasting our taxes. Do you think that filing a case is free? You are using the government's fund and I am one of those people who contributes tax for our dying nation and there you are using our tax because of your reckless actions, NO WAY!

The most frustrating part is that I could not even rationalize that there was a r@p# that happened between you and Erick. Can you imagine the image you stained for the second time next to Nicole? You are putting the Filipina women into a serious shameful environment.
