San Vicente Elementary school Bully, Abusive, and Terror Grade School Teacher

Sorry guys if this article is not written well. I am currently out of town and I am just using a smartphone in posting this blog.

One of our friends in Facebook posted a video regarding a teacher allegedly from San Vicente Elementary School who bullied and abused her student. In the video, the grade school teacher scolded the student and a certain point slapped him while the student was crying. The video's authenticity is not yet confirmed and the terror and abusive teacher is not yet named.

I will do further research on this abusive teacher from San Vicente Elementary School. If this video is legitimate then this teacher will have her place. The teacher doesn't have the right to physically abuse any of her student.
