Min Long Yu is a 48-meter-long steel-hulled vessel based in Fujian, China. The ship was stuck in Tubbataha and its 12 crew members were immediately arrested by Tubbataha park rangers. The Philippine coast guard ship, BRP Romblon, ferried the suspects to Puerto princesa for investigation.
It recent reports, charges were filed against the Chinese intruders which may include a fine of $100,000USD.
