Iriga City - Atty. Ortega, the alleged President of University of Saint Anthony (USANT), reportedly attacked a 14-year-old student after the latter failed to ask his permission before using "his own" basketball court. A footage of the incident was captured using the victim's personal mobile phone.

In a viral post on Facebook, a video showing USANT's President Atty. Ortega has been captioned "Kitang-kita po sa video na si Atty. Ortega ay baliw na sa kanyang kapangyarihan at kayamanan. Walang awa na binanatan ang 14 anyos na bata habang siya ay pinagmumura."
