Charmaine Elima wins Miss Mandaluyong 2013

Charmaine Elima from Brgy. Buayang Bato was crowned as Miss Mandaluyong 2013 during the coronation night that was held at the jam-packed Mandaluyong City Gymnasium on February 01, 2013.
Last night, several stunning beauties coming from various Barangay showed their talents and brains as they vie for this year's crown of Miss Mandaluyong 2013. However, only one lucky contestant caught the attention of the judges--Charmaine Elima.
Charmain Elima has joined numerous competitions in the metro and she is also a candidate for Binibining Pilipinas 2013.
Congratulations to Miss Charmaine Elima for winning Miss Mandaluyong 2013!
