The 11-storey Makati city office and parking building recently has been compared to commercial and high-rise buildings in the country to quantify and validate the budget was allegedly allocated in constucting the controversial parking building.

In a report published by ABS-CBN news, the questionable building was fairly evaluated using the historical records of other building infrastructure across the nation.
