Top Three DOs and DON’Ts that Women Should know when Dating Men

Here’s little sneak peek in a guy’s perspective on the DOs and DON’Ts for women while they’re dating.

DO NOT wear something uncomfortable. Don’t wear something just because you think it looks attractive to the guy. Trust me, you’ll look more attractive in a shirt and jeans than you would be on a fitted dress and 6 inch heels tipping back and forth as you walk. Make sure that you’re used to wearing the clothes you wear on the date. Also keep in mind that guys WILL definitely like looking at skin BUT it’s not really a sign of genuine attraction. It’s better to be wearing something decent and find out whether or not the guy likes you for you or for how much skin you’re showing.

DO NOT spend too much time getting ready. When you spend too much time getting ready, you’re building up the tension in your mind and you’re thinking of all the things that could happen that night. You’re already anticipating which makes you more likely to be disappointed than being sociable. It would be a lot better to just get dressed with no expectations running through your mind. Of course, I’m not saying that you shouldn't look your best. I’m saying that you don’t have to pay attention to every little detail. Guys look at the whole package, not your mascara or foundation etc.

DO show him who you really are. This might be the most cliché advise you could hear but still it’s true and some people just need to constantly be reminded that you have to show them who you really are because sooner or later they’ll still find out anyway. If you’re outgoing and hyper, show them. Be that person you want him to like, not the person you think he would like. Be different from all the other girls he’s dated. If you’re mysterious and timid, go ahead. Be that. Let him want to try to figure you out. You don’t have to put too much pressure on yourself. The right man will like the real YOU.
