New Evidence Video of Mon Tulfo and Raymart Santiago's fist fight in NAIA 3

A fresh video regarding Mon Tulfo and Raymart Santiago's fist fight has been recently uploaded in youtube. It showed that a man in pink slapped Mon Tulfo while the lady (also in pink) seems to have a heated argument.

The video is too short but is there something that Raymart's camp can use to make an acceptable excuse of this particular event?

We will wait and see. For the meantime, watch the video below and make your own judgment.
