Humiliated High School Student committed Suicide in Cagayan, Teachers of Sanchez Mira School of Arts and Trades in hot water
Before we formally discuss the alleged bullies from Pamplona, Cagayan Valley, please be advised that DiversityHuman.com is still in the process of verifying the names involved in the suicide case of David, a 16-year-old high student of Sanchez Mira School of Arts and Trades in Pamplona, Cagayan.
In a news report, Teodora Dayaw or could be Teodora Dayao and Aileen Asuncion, or Aileen Assuncion are tagged as the prime bullies who triggered David to commit a suicide because of too much humiliation.
The Story behind the Suicide
On April 12, 2013, passed 2p.m., David was found dead after hanging himself inside his room. According to his parents, David's adviser, Teodora Dayao and guidance counselor Aileen Asuncion allegedly appealed to the Barangay officials because of David's unpaid graduation fee in Sanchez Mira School of Arts and Trades and for not returning a book. Jacquelyn Yague, wife of the barangay captain in Pamplona, testified that David was in deep humiliation because of the abusive treatment of his teachers. The same statement was given by SPO2 Elizalde Tagal from Pamplona PNP.
On David's suicide note, he asked apology to his parents and girlfriend. Girlie, the mother of the suicide victim, immediately arrived from Singapore to attend her son's wake.
David's parents said that they will file child abuse against the two high school teachers.
