A controversial letter allegedly written by Dennis Padilla, ex-husband of Marjorie Barretto--who is recently involved in a Sc@nd$lous n&d3 photo, has surfaced on the internet urging the residents of Caloocan not to vote for Echiverri.
According to the gossip site, FashionPulis.com, the screenshot of the letter was posted on photo-sharing site Instagram by user nakakagulat. In the letter, Dennis Padilla is accusing Mayor Echiverri as the man who triggered the marital issues between him and Marjorie Barretto.
