Oscar Pistorius sets a record of being the first double-amputee allowed to join in Olympics. Oscar is a sprinter from South Africa who was born without fibulas and his legs were amputated below the knee before he was a year old. He recently finished second of his 400-meter heat and advanced to the semi-finals.
